"But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed." --Galatians 1:9
We Believe:
|
That the Bible is the inspired, infallible, unalterable word of God,
written by holy men of old, as they were moved by the Holy Ghost (11Peter 1:20-21). In one God who is infinite in power, holy in nature, attributes and purpose, as well as omniscient and omnipresent. We believe that he was revealed to us as Father in creation, as Son in redemption, and as the Holy Ghost in his comforting grace that never leaves those who trust in him. (1Cor. 8:6; Eph. 4:6; 11Cor. 5:19; Joel 2:28). That in the Lord Jesus Christ dwelled the fullness of the godhead bodily, for it pleased the Father that in him should all the fullness dwell (Col.2:9; Col. 1:19). In the virgin birth. Jesus Christ was both human and divine. He was God manifested in the flesh (Matt. 1:23; 1 Tim. 3:16). In the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that he ascended on high and has sent his Spirit (the Holy Ghost), which was poured out at Jerusalem over 2001 years ago, and it is the same Spirit that is filling the hearts of those who diligently seek him today (Acts 2:4, 38). |

Luke 24:46, 47-- And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day; And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father (Joes 2:28) upon you but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. NEW BIRTH _____________________________ St. John 3:5--Except a man is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the spirit is spirit. This scripture is your key to salvation for the new birth; Water + Spirit + Blood. (St. John chapters 5-7). The witness of God is greater than the witness of men. ACTS FULFILLS THE COMMISSION ______________________________ Acts 2:38--Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of (Father in Creation +Son in redemption + Holy Ghost in the Church=) Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. See Luke 24:44-48; St John 3;3-5 Acts 8:12--But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. See Mark 16:16 Acts 10:44-47--While Peter yet space these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that o the gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God. They answered Peter, Can any Peter, Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? See Matt. 28:19. Act 19:5,6-- When they heard this they were were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And When Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them, and they space with tongues, and prophesied.
